Program Process
If you would like to order lunches for your child, please register for a new account.
Once logged in, view the calendar menu to view available entrées and a la carte items for each school day. Select the items you wish to order in the calendar for upcoming school days. You may order for a single day or multiple days up to a month in advance. When done selecting meals, click the checkout button to complete your order.
On the days you've ordered service, your student must visit the lunch kiosk and identify themselves to the teacher or parent in charge. This person will have a list with the student's name and his or her order for the day. Entrée items will be labeled with your child's name, grade and school to assist with dispersal. After receiving their hot or cold entrée, they will choose their fresh fruit, vegetable, snack and beverage.
Some schools have different processes, such as delivering lunches directly to classrooms. Please check with your school, or contact us, if there is confusion about where or how your child should receive their lunches.
Order Deadlines
We recommend that parents place orders for multiple days in advance to avoid missing meals.
If you pay with a credit card, you can submit orders by noon, two days in advance (48 hours) before lunch is served. Orders placed on Monday by noon will be delivered before Wednesday's lunch service. Orders must be placed on Fridays by noon for Monday's service.
If you prefer to send in checks, please order lunches a week in advance and send your check on the same day as your orders to ensure we receive and process in time. Lead times are needed to ensure our team has time to source, prepare, and deliver meals efficiently. We appreciate your understanding.
Lunch Cancellation Policy
Our system allows meal cancellations no later than noon two days prior to the delivery date. To avoid order errors, please double check your child’s schedule, including vacation dates, field trips, and doctor's appointments prior to placing orders.
How Do I Edit or Cancel a Pending Order?
Please login by noon two days before the scheduled delivery date to edit or change orders. After logging into the system, select the “History” tab. Select your child to view the order history and click orders that you wish to edit or cancel. You may change the meal selected, change your order to another day, or you can cancel the order without placing a new order. If you cancel without a new order your credit will remain in your account for 30 days. If you miss 48 hour cancellation deadline, please notify us anyway and we will do our best to donate the lunch to a hungry student.
